This adapter is to be used with a EFW filter wheel on the camera side, and provides an M54 thread used with large format cameras such as the APX, 16200, 11000, etc. for use with 2" carousel filter wheels.
Note that on the filter wheels with 50mm unmounted carousels this adapter is installed by default.
